Working hours of Enlaiven is 12.30am EST to 12.30pm EST

This will provide common working hours of 3.5 hours (9am EST to 12.30pm EST)

Clients can send documents / work related requests before their EOD, which is 5pm EST. Enlaiven starts working at 1.30am EST and responds to all your requests / emails by 12.30pm EST.

There will be a turnaround time of 24 hours. However, it is not necessary that every request will take a time of 24 hours. Few requests might take less than that but considering the time zone difference, one should expect response latest by 24 hours.
